Please mail within 7 days of the order being delivered to you! Please make sure the item is in it's original condition (unworn with tags, smoke free, etc.) also include a note with your Facebook name and email address. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return for store credit.

Please Note:
- An $8.95 shipping & handling fee applies for return requests of one to five items and is deducted from your estimated store credit total. An additional $8.95 will be deducted for returns of six to 10 items, and again for 11 to 15 items, continuing in increments of five. The shipping & handling fee includes labor and material costs, packaging and restocking fees, and it may exceed the actual cost paid by The Peacock Boutique & Co to its carrier to send the item(s) back to The Peacock Boutique & Co.
- Only items shipped within the US are eligible for return
- Some exclusions apply; check the item's product detail page or the my orders page to determine return eligibility
- In order to receive store credit, all returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed. Jewelry and shoes will not be returned. All sales items are FINAL SALE-NO RETURNS
- Our policy is to issue refunds for returns in the form of store credit that is applied directly to your PEACOCK BOUTIQUE & Co account, and not to original methods of payment, such as a SEZZLE, credit card, PayPal.
